       Mortgage Originators

We're looking for motivated, self-starting professionals to join our team as mortgage loan originators. In this role you'll work with a variety of sources to generate mortgage leads. In short, you'll be the lifeblood of our mortgage business-flooding our pipeline with leads that turn into closings.

Responsibilities:

• Develop new business opportunities and sales leads by cultivating relationships with realtors, builders, bankers, etc.
• Work with sales staff on a continual basis to retain and grow existing business
• Perform/ create additional business development activities to increase sales and deals
• Stay educated on local developments and trends in the real estate and mortgage industries

Requirements:

• Previous experience in the mortgage/ real estate industries preferred but not essential
• Sales experience preferred
• Contacts and referrals in the real estate and mortgage industries preferred
• College degree preferred but not essential.

Mortgage Processors

We're looking for responsible individuals to work as mortgage processors. In this position, you'll work to process all mortgages and loans for our residential and commercial customers.

Responsibilities:

• Help prepare and process all mortgages and loan-related paperwork (applications, records, etc.) throughout the entire mortgage process
• Serve as communications liaison between clients and internal staff: respond to general inquiries, manage client correspondence, etc.
• Other administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:

• Previous experience working in a busy office environment preferred
• Strong attention to detail, excellent follow-through skills
• College degree preferred but not essential
