Luis is an MIT Sloan graduate and experienced banker with more than eight years of combined experience in investment banking and management consulting. Previous to BNMC, Luis worked (2004-06) as a Consultant with The Boston Consulting Group advising multinational corporations on developing and executing corporate strategy.
From 1999 to 2002 Luis worked as a Senior Analyst for Arthur Andersen's Corporate Finance Division, were he conducted M&A, divestitures, valuations and strategic financial advisory services for major corporations within the NAFTA market. Luis has worked in over 14 M&A deals totaling $600M and covering a wide range of industries including food and beverage, automotive, energy, and healthcare. |
