An MIT Sloan graduate and seasoned banker with 25 years experience in commercial and investment banking. Viney managed Citibank's retail and commercial lending portfolio for eleven years with a regional focus and delivered customized solutions that fostered trusting relationships with clients. Viney currently teaches Project Finance to MBAs as an Adjunct Professor at Boston College. Also a mentor to Sloan MBAs, Viney's professional strengths include versatility in designing and structuring a range of financing products to provide optimal tax efficient solutions for corporate, commercial and residential customers

Luis is an MIT Sloan graduate and experienced banker with more than eight years of combined experience in investment banking and management consulting. Previous to BNMC, Luis worked (2004-06) as a Consultant with The Boston Consulting Group advising multinational corporations on developing and executing corporate strategy. From 1999 to 2002 Luis worked as a Senior Analyst for Arthur Andersen's Corporate Finance Division, were he conducted M&A, divestitures, valuations and strategic financial advisory services for major corporations within the NAFTA market. Luis has worked in over 14 M&A deals totaling $600M and covering a wide range of industries including food and beverage, automotive, energy, and healthcare.
